We at guarantee to course your order within 24 hours of placing the confirmed order. But, however orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Postal holidays would be placed on the next instant trade day. Once the products are shipped from our end, the customer will receive an e-mail which will provide all the information related to the ordered product including the tracking number. We also provide you an estimate time for the delivery of the products. We also urge our customer to contact us straight away if they don’t take delivery of the shipment within the specific time provided by us. We would immediately reship the product provided there is an error from our side. (Please refer to our refund policies for further details)

Refund Policy

No need to return the wrong products 

•             In case there is delivery of wrong product from our side, the customer need not return the product. On placing a further request, we will ship the products free of cost.


•             A customer is allowed to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order provided the products are not dispatched from our end.     

We have made this process quite simple and customer friendly. One just needs to follow these steps

     •        The customer has to contact the customer care team either through email or call us on our toll free number and state his case

     •        The customer needs to mention the order number (tracking number) and reason for cancellation of the order.
